Over the past 9 years of capturing memories, I've come to deeply understand the meaning of living in the present moment and telling stories through photography with dedication and affection, like a devoted best friend - allowing you to hold onto these treasures for years to come.

My academic background in Journalism and Communication has always been intertwined with photography and this has led me to take a documentary-like approach. My style is unscripted and sincere, seeking candid moments, and beauty even in the smallest of details. Where possible with natural light, to preserve the atmosphere and feeling of the day.

Here is a little more about myself: I come from the colourful land of Costa Rica, yet destiny led me to Switzerland through my own love story. I am a dreamer at heart, I speak English, Spanish, and German, and love exploration and venturing into new places. From an early age, it became a hobby of sorts to "save" memories in a box, such as postcards, a love letter, a friendship bracelet and, of course, photographs. It is a nostalgic feeling to open this box every year and to cherish moments that are gone but somehow still in my hands. It is the same feeling I get behind the lens, trying to capture the present, moments that will be cherished, celebrated and passed on for years to come.

In 2023 I opened my very own photo-studio in Altenrhein, St. Gallen. When I am not there, I am most-likely editing photos, on the road for a wedding or working at the coffee-roastery (our second business) packing and roasting coffee.
